· VITROO

Built for those who stay.

The training app for CrossFit and Hyrox. Log the session, scan the whiteboard, measure the bar, and watch six axes move — with a coach that remembers what you told it last week.

The Vitroo Train screen: four sessions in the last seven days, a training-trend chart and an intensity mix

Product

Six things, one training log.

Everything here is built on the session you already write down. Nothing asks you to train differently to be measured.

01

Log it, or photograph it.

Strength, metcon, a benchmark, a race. Or point the camera at the whiteboard — the WOD is read off the photo and fills the form for you.

02

A coach that remembers.

It reads today against your history and answers in the language you asked in — and what it learned about you is a list you can open and edit.

03

Six axes, scored.

Aerobic and anaerobic engine, max strength, power, speed, control — read off your own sessions, with the reasoning behind every score.

04

Measure the bar.

Point at a plate in a clip you already filmed and get the path it travelled and how fast — measured on the phone, in about a second.

05

Find your pair.

Hyrox doubles or a partner WOD: a board of athletes looking for exactly that, at your level, near you — and a feed of the people you train beside.

06

Boxes, races, and the photos.

Ten thousand boxes on a map with classes you can book, the race calendar — and a shared pool of everyone's event photos to find yourself in.

Progress

Your ability, mapped.

One assessed system, six axes, scored from what you actually logged — and a projection for CrossFit and for Hyrox on top of it. Tap any axis to read what that quality means, what you scored, and why.

On the phone

Your footage stays yours.

Video is decoded, tracked and measured entirely on the device — no frame is uploaded, and what you have measured is kept locally rather than synced.

Event photos are compressed on the phone before they go anywhere, and that re-encode is also what strips their EXIF, so the location a photo was taken at never leaves with it.
